All our International orders are delivered by DHL EXPRESS and you will be able to track your order by entering your tracking number on www.dhl.com. We despatch orders Monday - Friday from 10am - 3pm. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Any orders placed during a Bank Holiday will be sent out on Tuesday. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are with customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time. It is your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

Russia: Please note DHL will only deliver to a business/company address in Russia. Customs will contact you in advance of your receiving your order.
