UK DELIVERY
UK Standard 2-3 Working Days - £5.00
All our UK mainland orders are delivered by DPD Local and you will be able to track your order by entering your tracking number on www.dpd.co.uk. On the morning of your delivery the driver will contact you by email and text to advise you of the 1-hour window when your parcel will arrive - so no more waiting all day for your order to arrive. The courier cannot always guarantee that delivery will be made on that day due to unforeseen circumstances. We despatch orders Monday - Friday from 9.00am - 3.00pm. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Any orders placed during a Bank Holiday will be sent out on Tuesday.
UK Guaranteed Next Working Day - £8.00
Orders placed guaranteed next day must be placed by 2.00 pm and are guaranteed the next day. Please be advised that all delivery times are working days and do not include Saturday and Sunday.
UK Saturday Delivery - £12
For Special Delivery on a Saturday, orders must be placed before 12pm on a Friday.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Delivery to EU Countries - £20
Delivery to Non-EU Countries - £30
All our International orders are delivered by DHL EXPRESS and you will be able to track your order by entering your tracking number on www.dhl.com. We despatch orders Monday - Friday from 10am - 3pm. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Any orders placed during a Bank Holiday will be sent out on Tuesday.
Ukraine : As of 24th February we are no longer able to deliver to the Ukraine.
Russia: As of 24th February we are no longer able to deliver to Russia.Please note DHL will only deliver to a business/company address in Russia. Customs will contact you in advance of your receiving your order. Please ensure that you have your banks details available (for the card you used to make your purchase) as these will be required by Customs as proof of purchase before your order will be cleared for delivery.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
PO Boxes: Please note we are unable to ship to PO Boxes both in the UK and worldwide.
TAXES
Delivery outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, DHL will contact you by telephone once your items are with customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time. It is your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.
If we are shipping to a non-UK country (ie. EU countries & the rest of the world) the 20% UK VAT will be deducted at checkout. Customers are responsible for all international taxes and duty charged.
PRICING
Prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU will be charged for the items purchases and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the courier or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Sterling or Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
