How to return my purchase?
Please fill in and enclose the form on the reverse of your order confirmation. Please send your purchase to BEACH FLAMINGO, STUDIO 2, SWITCHBOARD STUDIOS, Unit 50, Uplands Business Park, Uplands Entrance B, Blackhorse Lane, London, E17 5QJ within 14 days of receipt.
For International Returns/Exchanges please ensure high-value items are insured and are returned via courier as we cannot be held liable for loss of such items. We will also not be held liable for any import duties when returning items back to the UK from abroad. Please include your original airway bill number with the words 'RETURN TO ORIGIN'.
We recommend that you ensure the returns shipment as it is your duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for any damage incurred to the contents up until we receive your return at our warehouse. In the case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with the original packaging and garment tags still attached and returned within 14 days of receipt.
Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
Items should be returned unused with all Beachflamingo.com and designer garment tags still attached. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if any of your purchases have been delivered without tags. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and a refund refused. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Jewellery: Please be advised that we do not accept returns of earrings in case of hygiene and infection.
How to exchange my purchase?
Should you require an alternative item please return the original item for a refund (following the instructions above) and place a new order for the alternative.
Why don't you always offer free returns?
We thought about this, but most companies that offer this absorb the costs in other area and we don't want to do that so we decided to keep things as transparent as possible by letting you know from the offset that it's our policy to charge for returns.
What if my purchase is faulty?
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
Canceling your order under the distance selling regulations
If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 7 working days or receipt. For orders canceled under the DSRs, we will issue you with a refund for the item or items returned. However, you will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. Canceled orders should be returned to Beach Flamingo, Studio 21, Switchboard Studios, Unit 50, Uplands Business Park, Uplands Entrance B, Blackhorse Lane, London, E17 5QJ. All items must be returned and unused in their original condition, from the original delivery country. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. If we do not receive the canceled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.
All our UK mainland orders are delivered by DPD Local and you will be able to track your order by entering your tracking number on www.dpd.co.uk. On the morning of your delivery the driver will contact you by email and text to advise you of the 1-hour window when your parcel will arrive - so no more waiting all day for your order to arrive. The courier cannot always guarantee that delivery will be made on that day due to unforeseen circumstances. We despatch orders Monday - Friday from 9.00am - 4.00pm. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Any orders placed during a Bank Holiday will be sent out on Tuesday.
UK Guaranteed Next Working Day - £8.00
Orders placed guaranteed next day must be placed by 2.00 pm and are guaranteed the next day. At the time of placing your order, you will be given full information about your delivery options. Please be advised that all delivery times are working days and do not include Saturday and Sunday.

All our International orders are delivered by DHL EXPRESS and you will be able to track your order by entering your tracking number on www.dhl.com. We despatch orders Monday - Friday from 10am - 4pm. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Any orders placed during a Bank Holiday will be sent out on Tuesday. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time. It is your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.
Russia: Please note DHL will only deliver to a business/company address in Russia. Customs will contact you in advance of your receiving your order. Please ensure that you have your banks details available (for the card you used to make your purchase) as these will be required by Customs as proof of purchase before your order will be cleared for delivery.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

Prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU will be charged for the items purchases and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the courier or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Sterling or Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
